  • Walter Musgrove III

    CEO | NFL Agent & Attorney

    Walter Musgrove III, a Dallas native,  has successfully represented NFL players since 2010. Walter is also licensed to represent NBA players as well.

    Walter Musgrove is a highly respected lawyer and has been featured and consulted by several news outlets during the course of his career as an agent and a lawyer. Walter Musgrove is the Founding Partner of Musgrove Law Firm PLLC which specialized in legal and medical malpractice as well as personal injury. 

    Walter Musgrove received his Bachelor’s degree in English from Texas State University where he was also an All-American Defensive back on the Texas State Football team. While in college, Walter was named Academic All-American for three years. Following his undergraduate studies, Walter earned his law degree from Tulane University. While attending Tulane Law School, Walter held the position of Senior Business Editor of the Sports Lawyer’s Journal.

    Aside from working as an Agent & Attorney, Walter enjoys spending time with his family and coaching The Agency, a youth 7on7 football organization he founding in 2019.

  • Jeff Ewing

    Chief Executive Officer (COO) | NFL Agent

    Jeff Ewing, a Dallas native serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Musgrove Agency. Prior to being a certified contract advisor, Jeff interned with several sports agencies learning the intricacies of the business and especially learning the inner-workings of NFL contracts and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”).

    Jeff’s responsibilities are contract negotiations, recruitment, community engagement, athlete branding & development, and youth camps.

    Jeff, graduated with his undergraduate and Master’s degree from Texas A&M University- Commerce. Jeff also completed Harvard’s Law School program of negotiations.

  • Josh Hicks

    Director of Athletic Development

    Josh Hicks, as the Director of Athletic Development advises and analysis our clients on the mechanics necessary to ensure efficient footwork and conditioning needed to be a successful professional athlete. Josh, the former TAPPS “Mr. Football” (2007),  now trains Ezekiel Elliott (Dallas Cowboys), Melvin Gordon (Denver Broncos), Leonard Fournette (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Aqib Talib (LA Rams), Tony Pollard (Dallas Cowboys), Trevon Diggs (Dallas Cowboys), Tavon Austin (Dallas Cowboys), Maliek Collins (Dallas Cowboys) and Taco Charlton (Dallas Cowboys).

    Josh  also founded his very own fitness program and Gym "3 Hunnid Fitness" based in Dallas, Texas.
